Today we have received a call where one of our dedicated agents provided support on a TomTom GO LIVE 1000 and Adding Speed Camera’s and setting Alerts. For this our agent used:

Guide: Adding Speed Camera’s

  1. Tap the screen.
  2. Tap Services.
  3. Tap Speed Camera.
  4. Tap Alert Settings.
  5. Tap one of the following to add:
    Note: It may be that some of them are already added; in this case it will have a little sound speaker next to the camera. If this is not the case:
    • Fixed Cameras
    • Mobile Cameras
    • Traffic Light Camera
    • Average Speed Check
    • Bidirectional Cameras
    • Toll Road Cameras
    • Restricted Speed Cameras
    • Other Cameras
    • Mobile Camera Hot Spots
    • Accident blackspots
    • Un-gated Railway crossings
  6. Tap a time when the warning should start.
  7. Tap OK.
  8. Tap a warning sound.
    Note: You can listen to the sound by tapping on them.
    Note: A sound speaker will appear beside that camera edited once done.
    Note: You can add all camera’s in the list by doing the same process.
  9. Tap Done.
