Full specifications for the BlackBerry Z10 with BlackBerry 10 revealed

Eager fans will no doubt by now feel like they know everything they need to know about the Z10; RIM’s first BlackBerry 10 smartphone. However, we’ve got a full rundown of the phone’s specifications for you.

You’ve seen the pictures, now it’s time to find out what’s inside. Well, the Z10 looks to be very well equipped with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which is expandable via a micro SD card slot located underneath a removable back cover.

The display is 4.2-inches in size and HD in resolution, sporting 1,280 x 768 pixels. On the back of the phone there’s an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash and Full HD video recording capabilities, and on the front you’ll find a 2-megapixel shooter for video calling and such.

A hefty 1,800 mAh battery will provide sufficient juice to cope with even the most demanding of smartphone users, while WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS and 4G LTE make up an impressive resume of connections. The processor is said to be a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon, although we’re yet to find out the clock speed or specifics about the chip.

The Z10 will be the first all-touch BlackBerry 10 phone and will come in white and black, alongside the X10, which will be the first QWERTY phone rocking BlackBerry 10. Both are expected to launch at RIM’s global event on January 30th.
