Samsung’s impressive new Galaxy SIII has managed to slip through the Apple net in the United States following.. you guessed it – a number of patent infringment claims! But it’s a victory for Samsung who after HTC came up against trouble at customs when trying to bring its One X Android smartphones into the country, also almost befell the same fate.

It seems that Apple previous court room history with Samsung might be the reason for it arriving on time – the scheduled release date for the Galaxy SIII being the 21st of June. Currently to two tech titans are engaging in yet another legal clash and due to this a San Jose Judge has deemed that Apple will not be able to take out its requested injunction on Samsung latest and greatest in a seperate matter. So essentially Apple is trying to sue Samsung too many times at the moment to stop its most popular Smartphone to date stepping on Apple’s own turf – Ironic justice, right?

The Samsung Galaxy SIII has finally arrived here in the U.K only a short time after its intended May 30th release date (at least in the more stylish Marble White version) and the gadget which boasts the new Android update 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich pre-loaded, as well a super-fast 1.4GHz quad-core processor sold over 9-million units when it went on pre-order. The Gadget Helpline has given the new Galaxy the full hands-on treatment and you can review our opinions – Here.
