Android Honeycomb speakers make a buzz!

That little green Android gets about a bit. We’ve seen toys replicating Google platform’s mascot and even a doormat featuring the familiar little bot. And now the ‘Droid has been spotted buzzing around geek toy website ChinaGrabber.com in the form of these Honeycomb inspired mini-speakers!

Appearing as he does in the Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating software the bot becomes a bee for these charming little speakers, which plug into any USB port – meaning they don’t just need to be attached to your Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 or similar Honeycomb-running slab. These can be used on any gadget packing a suitable port, even an iPad 2 – so your Android is never far from hand.

We think these would be sold on the visual appeal and not so much for sound quality, and that just seems to be the angle the online retailer gives us when it says “The super cute appearance, meticulous craftsmanship, every point makes it attractive, can be used as office or home decoration.”

Despite no proof these can actually pack any serious beats, we still think you might fall in love with them only if you’re a true Fan-droid! Check them out on ChinaGrabber.com –where they cost $13.99 and come in a choice of colours including red, white, blue, yellow and green.
